ASBAC is absolutely independent club for private investors, more precisely for business angels who prefer to invest collectively in venture and at the same time potentially high added value projects.
The Club is non-profit organization established and managed only by private investors to socialize and co-invest (syndicated investment) in appealing projects.
Club was launched in spring 2011 and is based in Riga, Latvia.
The Club is opened to partnership with any organization who shares it’s philosophy and particularly appreciate Baltic International Bank for supporting in the very beginning of the Club’s becoming.
For private persons meeting business angels’ criteria and agreeing with Rules and Code of Conduct there is always a possibility to get Club’s resident / member status.
The business should be based in a one of the Club’s member place of residence.
As of today it is – Riga, Moscow or London.
Business must have fast growth potential globally. The Club prefers equity investments, yet other financial instruments can be considered.
The Club does not invest in retail, hotels, restaurants, real estate, and also in suspicious industries from a reputational point of view of the Club members. There are no other sector restrictions in at the Club.
Stages of company development may vary from idea to stage of sales growth. The team applying for investment needs to be familiar with basics of venture capital financing. The presence of the entrepreneurial spirit in a team is obligatory.
AmberSea currently invests EUR 20K to 500K per project.
